Canyon State Academy Culinary Hosts 2011 Jazz Brunch

Chef Robert Bowser and his culinary art student’s held another high
quality brunch for the CSA school board, Pima County visitors, and other
community guests. Chef Bowser and his culinary students worked
diligently over the spring to bring to CSA the first annual jazz brunch.
The meal was prepared, presented, and served by the CSA culinary art
students. The talented up and coming future chef’s learned, studied, and
practiced front of the house and back of the house skills. It consisted
of an omelet station, carving station, main buffet, salad station, and
desert station. The meal was a great learning experience for our
students and an absolute treat for the community members, board members,
and CSA staff in attendance.
